An outdoor mentor and a trade supplier. Two very different businesses, one approach: start with the people who will use the site.
Case study · Coaching
Wild Walk Mentoring
A custom website for an outdoor mentor whose brand needed to feel grounded, soulful and personal.
The brief
Pippa came to me looking for a site that embodied her spirit as a nature-based mentor. It needed to feel authentic, grounded and free, just like her sessions, and it couldn’t look like every other coaching template.
What I built
A mobile-optimised, custom branded scrolling site that brought her outdoor ethos to life. Earthy tones, open space and her own voice throughout, with one clear path for visitors to get in touch.
The result
While the site was live, Pippa’s engagement grew and feedback from her community was overwhelmingly positive. She has since moved on to a new business, so the site has been retired.
“This really captures my personality.”
Case study · E-commerce
Prime Decorating Supplies
An online shop for a trade supplier of professional-grade paints, tools and sundries.
The brief
Prime supplies professional-grade paints, tools and sundries trusted by the trade. Decorators needed to find the right product quickly and order online, without ringing round or visiting the counter.
What I built
A full online shop organised the way decorators work: interior and exterior, ceilings, walls, woodwork and metals, plus taping, cleaning agents and sundries. The Dulux Heritage range is split into pale, mid and deep tones so colours are easy to browse. Customers can create accounts and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.
The result
The shop is live and taking orders online. Trade customers can browse, pay and choose a delivery slot any time of day, with local delivery in and around Fife, instead of phoning in or visiting the counter.
“Professional, easy to use and exactly what we asked for.”
Pricing
Clear prices.
No surprises.
Pay once or spread the cost monthly. Either way, the website is yours.

FAQ
Common questions
How long does a website take?
Most sites go live within 4 weeks of our first call. A one-page Starter site is usually quicker.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, content and images belong to you, whether you pay once or monthly.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a short training session, a simple how-to guide and short video walkthroughs for common edits. On a care plan you can also just send me changes and I’ll make them.
Do you only work with fitness businesses?
No. Fitness is where I started, but I also build for mentors, creatives and local service businesses.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes. Run the free audit first, then we’ll talk through what’s worth fixing and what’s worth rebuilding.

Developer’s toolkit.
I spent ten years as a personal trainer, grinding to get seen online. Then I became the developer, frustrated by websites that held good businesses back.
Dynamic Fit Tech exists because small businesses deserve more than “good enough”: more visibility, more professionalism and more profit. I bring the discipline of coaching to every project. We set a goal, follow a plan and measure the results.
You work with me directly from first call to launch day. No account managers, no jargon, no shortcuts.

Who I am
This website is run by Davie, trading as Dynamic Fit Tech, a web design business based in Leven, Scotland. I am the “data controller” for the personal information described here, which means I decide how it is used and I am responsible for keeping it safe. You can contact me about anything in this policy at hello@dynamicfittech.co.uk.
What I collect
I only collect what you choose to give me:
- Contact form: your name, email address, business name, current website, what you need, how you’d like to talk and your message.
- Waiting list: your name, email address, business name, what you need, when you’d like to start, any notes, and whether you’d like tips and news. I also record when you joined, your place in the queue and the emails I’ve sent you about it.
- Emails and calls: anything you send me directly, and notes I make if we go on to work together.
The free website audit runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to me or stored anywhere.
How I use it, and why I’m allowed to
- Replying to your enquiry and quoting for your project. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.
- Delivering your project if we work together, including invoices and records. Lawful basis: performing our contract, and legal obligations such as keeping tax records.
- Running the waiting list: emailing you your place, telling you when you move up, checking you’re still interested and letting you know when a space opens. Lawful basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- Occasional website tips and news, only if you tick that separate box. Lawful basis: your consent.
I never sell your details, never share them for anyone else’s marketing, and don’t use them for automated decision-making or profiling.
The waiting list
If you join the waiting list, I store your details in a private Google Sheet in the order you joined. Each morning the list is renumbered and, if you’ve moved up, you get an email telling you your new place. Sometimes that email asks if you’re still interested, with a Yes and a No button. Every email has a link to leave the list. If you leave, or book a project, your details are moved out of the queue to a private archive.
Who else handles your data
I use a small number of trusted services to run this website. They only process your data on my instructions:
- Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script, Sheets and Gmail) receives and stores form submissions and sends the related emails.
- Fasthosts hosts this website. Like all web hosts, its servers keep short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address.
Google may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. When it does, it is protected by the UK’s approved safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Waiting list: for as long as you’re on it. Once you leave or book, the archive entry is deleted after 12 months.
- Clients: project and invoice records are kept for 6 years after our work ends, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you;
- have anything inaccurate corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how I use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by leaving the waiting list. This doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@dynamicfittech.co.uk. I’ll respond within one month and there’s no charge.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I use your data, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
